Category: White Wine
Region: Twenty Mile Bench
Format: 750 mL
Alcohol: 13.0% Alcohol/Vol.
A Chard that has some positives but a little heavy on the oak & a little pricey
Tasting Note: Bright straw to gold in colour with good acidity, an intense nose & an average length on the finish. Wine features lemon, green & yellow apples, cantaloupe, lemon-lime, oak spice, ginger & limestone.
Negatives: Not crazy about the marzipan notes in this wine
Interesting Point: Limestone vineyard is farmed sustained
Pairings: Drink now or over the next 5-7 years on its own or pair it with Cornish Hen.
My Opinion: On the Fence
