Interesting Point: Old Grenache planted on pebbly siliceous clay terrace. Rolle selected on a dark volcanic hillside.

Ageability: Drink now or over the next couple of years on its own or pair it with grilled guinea fowl breast with roasted vine tomatoes and crispy ham.
