Tasting Note: Straw in colour with good acidity, fine mousse, low to medium intensity nose, & a long length on the finish. This wine features: Light brioche, lemon, peach, pear, green apples, dill, ginger, roasted almonds, oak spice & honeysuckle on the nose.

Winemaker’s Note: Two months in neutral French oak barrels with no malolactic fermentation. Secondary fermentation occurred in bottle. Aged on the lees for 24 months then disgorged.
